About Frontier

Frontier is an other place in Lakeland, Florida. It is listed at E Lemon St, Lakeland, FL 33801, which places it among the local businesses of Lakeland that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by.

Places that do not fit a cafe, bakery, tea, breakfast or nearby-store category land here: tourist attractions, parks and museums with a cafe on site, and unrelated businesses that came in through an import or a Google Maps match. Attraction cafes usually keep the venue's hours and may require admission to reach, so check before making the trip; park kiosks and museum coffee counters are often seasonal. Other listings are kept so that an old address or phone number still resolves and can be re-filed into the right category later.

The business lists hours on 7 days of the week. Typical hours are 8 am–8 pm. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. You can reach Frontier at (863) 345-8810; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions. Its website is frontier.com, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.

Its Google rating stands at 1.7 out of 5 from 28 reviews, which is below average for the category; consider the recent reviews carefully before visiting.

Lakeland is in Florida, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. Getting around Lakeland is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Florida's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

SCAMMERS & THIEVES!!! They offered me 6 months free service if I switched to Verizon phone service but didn't want to switch. Then they said 3 free months and I wasn't satisfied plus sent me a bill after 2 weeks of service for a whole month. I canceled and now they're charging me $141.82 for 2 months of service. Now I can't get through to talk to a human and because I don't want them texting me info on how to pay my bill it just hangs up on me without any other options. FLAT OUT THIEVES.

Do not get frontier. Terrible customer service. The connection never works. You can only chat through the app that constantly crashes. They said I need to wait for a confirmation code in the mail to cancel. Complete scam artists. They always try to replace the same device over and over without fixing the actual issues. Never going back. Look at my speed on a 5 gig plan

DO NOT go to this company. Worse customer service EVER! They don’t even deserve a star. I have had numerous incidents with them but this last one is the worse. I had to switch to a different internet provider. I called them to find out when my billing cycle would end so I could schedule a cancellation date. I clearly let the guy know that I work from home that I need my internet until the end of this current billing cycle. He said no worries, your cancellation date is in March. I would already have my new internet by then. Couple hours after talking to him, my service is cancelled. I called them the same night, talked to 2 of their agents, they told me they can’t help. Called the next morning at 8am, they kept transferring me from department to department. Got off the phone at almost 10. They told me the internet would be restored today. Still no internet. Called them back, same. Keep being transferred from every department there is and the internet is still not back on. No internet to work.
